Rail Signal Control App

This project was done through a subcontracted engagement with one of Deutsche Bahn’s engineering departments. Rail engineers were using outdated tools to monitor electrical signals, resulting in inefficient workflows and a high risk of human error. I worked closely with engineers and technical stakeholders to understand their process, then designed a dashboard focused on clarity and safety. I built a flexible design system and helped test the tool across multiple user environments.
